Just back in the saddle, but interesting Success so far!
My starting weight was 159, been back at it for (2) weeks on Monday. So far I have lost 7 pounds. I make a fruit smoothie for breakfast, a more substantial smoothie for lunch and a sensible dinner. The really interesting thing to me is that my adult (hormonal) pimples are GONE and my skin has not looked this good in years!…

Got a shiny new red bike!!!

Day of Rest?
Question....How important is a day or two of rest? My routine is to bike anywhere between 9-13 miles per day....I am really trying not to skip days, but wonder if I should be allowing for a day or two of rest?

First 10 Pounds GONE! and a small NSV!

Should I be focusing on the length of time or the speed?
I started walk/running 12 days ago. I have a goal to get out there every day for 60 days....no excuses.
