Just back in the saddle, but interesting Success so far!

My starting weight was 159, been back at it for (2) weeks on Monday. So far I have lost 7 pounds. I make a fruit smoothie for breakfast, a more substantial smoothie for lunch and a sensible dinner. The really interesting thing to me is that my adult (hormonal) pimples are GONE and my skin has not looked this good in years! I spent a small fortune on creams, products, miracle cures.....all with little to no change. Change my diet for (2) weeks and voila! beautiful skin!

Has anyone else discovered a unexpected surprise during this journey?
