How many calories would I burn in a 4km obstacle course?
Hi guys, I just ran a 4km obstacle course through mud lol. I'm just not quite sure how to enter it in my diary. It took an hour to complete and there were 30 obstacles such has logs, hurdles, lakes, stuff like that. We jogged most of it. It doesn't need to be exact but does anyone have like, a rough estimate?
