Height: 5'5" Weight: 75kg to 62.5 kg Time: One year of small changes and slow progress, but the last couple of months I've been training hard :D

I find after a few days without sugary drinks you stop even wanting them and crave only water when you're thirsty. On the rare occasion I do crave something sweet I'll have water with a squeeze of lemon or crack open a coconut and drink the coconut water :) Aside from that I probably drink too much coffee and EVERY type of…

This thread is making me hungry....HOWEVER almost every meal I have is under 300 calories and it's usually just a serving of meat (fish, steak, chicken) with a whole tonne of veggies or salad to fill you up :)

Thank you everyone! For anyone interested my height is around 5'6" and in the first photo I think I was around 60 - 61kg, second photo I was 75kg, and currently I am sitting at 63.5kg :) It took around a year or maybe a year and a half but that's because I've done it very slowly because I'm trying to develop healthy habits…

Awesome!!! Love Michelle and the fact that she has discovered such a fantastic way to help others :)

What really fills you up is protein!!! I'll eat something healthy that's high in protein ie. Eggs, Tuna, Chicken, maybe even a protein shake

A warm, friendly and generous woman.

@missy6 The adorable kind of "nice" guy.

This is an incredible story and you look amazing!!! You should be extremely proud! Thanks for posting the pics :D

Feel free to add me hun. Tip though - Celebrity Slim sucks!!! I've tried it myself and: 1. I got depressed whenever I realized it was lunch time/dinner. 2. I only lasted on it for about a week. 3. Put all the weight back on afterwards when I went back to eating proper food. You're much better off learning how to eat…

I think they mean well but it can really have such a negative effect. It makes you feel embarrassed to lose more weight rather than proud like you should be. I guess they are just trying to compliment you and have some small insecurities as well. I myself would never say it to anyone unless I thought they looked actually…

Some great ones on here! Mine is from my old boss: "Where there's doubt there's no doubt."

Wow, super impressed that you did this without cardio!!! Just goes to show what nutrition and weight training can do.

I did one today. Just went for a run around a nearby school. 5 min warm up, 30 sec sprinting as fast as I could followed by 90 sec brisk walking or slow jogging. Repeated 5 more times followed by 4 min cool down. I did this after doing 30 min of circuit training (body weight strength exercises). Feel I got good workout in.

This one is incredible!!!!

This is so inspiring!! Something I really noticed when looking at 30DS before/after pics is that a lot of women doing it seem to lose a lot of stomach fat. Very impressive seeing as that is my problem area

I know what you mean about shocking!! I think it takes something like looking at yourself and realizing where you are to give you that final push where you say, "enough is enough!" Here is my journey so far, I'm very proud of myself! :D I am 5'6 and I went from 165 to 145 in about a year. Around 10 pounds to go, give or…

Ok! Here is mine!! This took about 1 year, I went from 165 to 144 pounds, and I am 5"6 :) *Edit to say I have MFP to thank all the way!! If anyone asks how I did it, I will say MFP alongside with eating healthy and exercising :D
-
Bahahahhaha @amann1976. You're right, I really should get that sorted!

12/4: 145 12/11: 12/18: 12/25: 1/1/13: (Goal 135) Yay!! I need an extra boost of motivation so that I don't slack off now that I'm getting closer to my goal. @MommyRobin, I'm 5"6 :)
-
I totally agree!! MFP is such a positive and successful community overall, I love it!! :D There's always someone on here to remind you to do it the right way

It's hard to say how long it took me, probably just under a year :) Slow and steady wins the race! Hehe.

Oh gosh, you guys are making me blush! My abs actually look better in this photo than they really are, they are only very slightly pronounced under certain light, and only first thing in the morning. I'm hoping to get to a point where I look like this all the time, like in the middle of the day. That would be amazing!!

Thank you!!! Well I use Australian measurements/sizing but I am 5'6 and the first photo I was 75 kilos and just fitting into a size 12. I think Australian clothing size is the same as US? I refused to go up any more so that's why my clothes are tight and I am bulging out of them lol. Now I am 65 kilos and I've also dropped…

Thank you ^_^ Still doesn't feel real...or like it's really me.
