Need Energy
Is there anything that won't give me jitters that I can take that will give me that extra boost of energy to go work out? I work 12 hours a day and drive 45 minutes to and from work. I have a recipe for Japanese Onion soup. In the recipe it says to use carrots, celery stalks, garlic cloves, onion and mushrooms. I need just a little advice here, I have calculated my BMR 3x on 3 different calculators and they all tell me around 1720.
