I am curious about this. Has anyone done this with success? If so what book did you read to get you started?

Edit: To answer your question, most of us use Chris Powell's books as a guide. We also formed Pinterest pages with high and low carb recipies.0 -

I'm carb cycling now. Haven't read a book. My trainer has laid out the program he wants me to follow. generally there are 4 moderate carb days (150 grams), 2 low days (75 grams) and a high carb day (225 grams). Ideally, the high carb day should be the day before a hard workout. It's been a challenge for me since I've been very low carb from January to September. I do find that I gain a bit extra water weight after the high carb days. But, I'm willing to trust my trainer -- and the process.0
