I am curious about this. Has anyone done this with success? If so what book did you read to get you started?

    Hi, you can find several of us under motivation and support in the Carb Cyclers Unite post.

    Edit: To answer your question, most of us use Chris Powell's books as a guide. We also formed Pinterest pages with high and low carb recipies.

    Chris powell choose more lose more for life. Lost 31 lbs so far!
  • I'm carb cycling now. Haven't read a book. My trainer has laid out the program he wants me to follow. generally there are 4 moderate carb days (150 grams), 2 low days (75 grams) and a high carb day (225 grams). Ideally, the high carb day should be the day before a hard workout. It's been a challenge for me since I've been very low carb from January to September. I do find that I gain a bit extra water weight after the high carb days. But, I'm willing to trust my trainer -- and the process.

    I did this not to long ago great results!!!! As you can se on my pic. 2 days low carb one high carb one cheat on
