How many calories are y'all eating? I followed the plan to a T today and was over 2,000 calories. Am I doing something wrong? Hopefully we can support each other to a healthier way of eating. I love TIU :smile:

Just Started Insanity!
I just started yesterday! I did the fit test yesterday and did workout 1 today and it was tough! Mio Active Connect
I just got the Active Connect and I am having issues with an accurate calorie burn. I did TurboFire HIIT 15 and it said that I only burned 6 calories. I know that is incorrect. Does anyone else have issues with this or know how to make it more accurate. All my information is correct, height, weight, etc. Thanks!
