i've been losing successfully on high carbs (about 50%) and i often get told to cut them down. it works for me anyway, so i'm not planning to go lower on my carbs. i'd actually love to have more friends with similiar macros to mine. anyone else who had a success with going high on carbs? or is it just me? add me :)

how do i drop inches without losing weight?
i have to drop at least an inch around my waist and hips by the middle of march, but i'm happy with my current number on the scale. i just don't want a lower TDEE as it would be harder to maintain a lower weight. is there a way to lose fat but not weight?

So I've been wondering. If I eat maintain calories and my exercise calories back (calisthenics and light weights), will I gain muscle or lose fat or neither or both? I tried to do a research on it and couldn't find a thing! It really confuses me as that would be neither a deficit nor a surplus.

when you tell them that you work out? i used to see a few, but when i told them that i loved working out and wanted to get fit and healthy, they said i look fine the way i do and stopped talking to me. it wasn't even obsessive talking, i only mentioned it and they seemed a bit turned off. has it happened to you too?

too much carbs?
if i eat my goal amount of calories, but i'll also be at my goal amount of carbs or a little bit higher, will i gain fat? i had some white rice for lunch today and i'm a bit worried. my goal is 191 grams of carbs a day and i wonder if it's not too high?
