too much carbs?

if i eat my goal amount of calories, but i'll also be at my goal amount of carbs or a little bit higher, will i gain fat? i had some white rice for lunch today and i'm a bit worried.
my goal is 191 grams of carbs a day and i wonder if it's not too high?

    If you don't have insulin issues or is gluten intolerant, that's fine...And the whole idea of MFP is to REACH your calories/macros, not be under it....
    And even if you are a little over your carbs now and then, no biggie...As long as your calories are fine, you should be OK...BTW, I eat between 200 and 250 g of carbs a day...
