Question about kettlebells???? help!

weigh-in questions
Just curious how often you guys weigh in and take measurements?? I always try to do it in the morning after i go to the bathroom and before I eat anything to get the most consistent results, but I wonder if weighing in twice a week is too often because I'm not seeing much results and I wonder how long it takes to lose fat…

Im not sure if this the right area to post this, but do any of you use the fitbit zip? I like that it syncs automatically with mfp, but Im curious if it can accurately track calories burned since it doesnt seem to have a heart rate monitor??? How to log excercise for a job on my feet
I work as a hairstylist and work long days on my feet, yet the only option under excercise is "fishing from a river bank"? Can anyone help me figure out an accurate way to log the amount of calories I burn?
