SO frustrated!! Why cant I lose weight??

I dont get it?! I have been under my calorie goal every day for 8 days and I've been working out, yet my scale has not budged and I dont feel any thinner. I am 29 and I used to lose weight sooo easily. I am terrified that as Im getting older I cant lose weight like most people can. Is this even possible? I dont know what to think. I have been so dedicated.

Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome!

    because its been 8 days and the standard MFP plan has someone losing weight at a rate slow enough that it can be covered up by drinking water or a change in sodium levels. (or in women, menstruation)

    worry not! If you've been working out it's your muscles retaining water for repair, give it a couple of weeks or so for your body to get used to the new workout regime and you'll start to see it drop off, you will have burned fat in the meantime though :)
