Freezable Veg Soup recipes
I am going to start making soup tp take into work but my plan is to make it on a weekend a freeze portions I usually have chunky soups rather than the thick blended ones can anyone suggest some high protein but vegetarian and freezable recipes thanks :)

Protein Shakes
I used to have shakes for most breakfasts (as struggle to eat first thing) and after exercise used to have maxi milk as its ready made found it much more drinkable than the powder but unfortunatly its rather pricey what make does everyone else have, and when do you used them? Ta :)

Vegeterian packed lunches
What does everyone take into work? we only have a kettle so unfortunatly cant take soups like I used too. Ideallly meals I can make up the night before as mornings are rather hectic

30 day shred question regarding age
was wondering those in the know with this work out if there is a suggested age for this? as I know a number of healthy weight children ie 13-15 year olds wanting to do this and in my opinion this is too intense for a developing child/adolsent am i wrong?

Need some exercise advice
Basics from when I was about 12-17 i was classed as an elite jnr althete, doing gymnastics, track, cross country, hockey, netball and football at county level, and swimming at a higher level so obviously was extremly active, didnt really worry about food as it was eat what I want when I want aslong as had energy to perform…

When to eat fruit
I am trying to eat a peice of fruit with every meal, I was reading an article and it seemed to suggest that it was best to eat fruit before a meal and veg near the start is this true, as thinking about it for me I seem to over eat so this may help

how much is - water
how much is a cup off water? as I am out and about I drink mainly bottled water so obviously if i put in my number of bottles ill be drinking an awful lot of water! thanks

I have bags of frozen quorn mince in the freezer I was thinking of making a sauce and freezing poritions so have a quicker meal on busy days is it ok to re freeze the frozen mince once cooked with the sauce? Thanks

Filling but low calories
Can anyone suggest some vegeterian meals which are quick too make, but filling and low in calories as i keep going over my calories despite doing exercise as i can help myself from snacking and i think part of it is habit and part of it is i dont eat filling enough things as meals Thanks :)
