Calcium
On the food diary, the goal to be attained is at least 100. Can anyone explain whar that means in terms of actual milligrams of calcium one needs to ingest on a daily basis. I know for older women like me, we need 1,500 mg. to ward off osteoporosis. Does anyone know for sure how to document this in that 100 figure?

Jalapena Maple BBQ Sauce for fish or Chicken
Here is a great easy sauce recipe to top your fish fillets or chicken which I use quite regularly..soooooo good! Dice 1 jalapeno pepper finely. Add 1 tbsp. pure maple syrup (or honey instead) and 1/4 cup of any BBQ sauce. Heat in microwave safe dish and glaze fish or chicken. Delicious!

Golfing and bowling
Can anyone tell me if golf and bowling might be considered as Weight Training "exercises"? They are my favourite activities and wonder if they would count. I golf three times a week as well as now not bowling on teams again three times a week. Going to the gym does not particularly turn me on.
