Single armed back rows. Working the back and the biceps with this. 50 each arm earns $500. 100 each arm earns $1000. Be slow and steady with no injuries!!! Have fun and good luck!

Knuckle Pushups. Very good challenge. Works you core because of the plank position. Chest, triceps, wrists and forearms all benefit from this. 100 for $500----200 for $1000.......Can anyone reach 300???? Have fun!!!!
