Friends of mine are competing in a triathlon in september. It got me thinking that I needed a traing goal. My Goal is entitled "Katy's Biathlon". I will compete in my own 5k and bike 9 miles afterwards. I will do this at the gym. Can you think of a short range goal or would you like to "join me" and complete the same race…
I've been doing the c25k program and it is pretty sad that my running speed is a step above walking the dog. HA. Anyone else out there that is in the same boat?
My running pace is going lower with evey week. I am afraid to start W3 tommorrow..I will be running slower than a snail to be able to run 3 minutes.
My program sets the following top jogging lengths: W1 45 SEC, W2 90 SEC, W3 3 MIN, W4 6 MIN, W5 10 MIN (W5D3), W6 20 min (W6D3), W7 22Min, W8 30min.
