Oh my...I thought I was the all time over analyzer but you just beat me by a mile! We have very similar stats except I am one inch taller. I wear a fit bit that tells me I burn roughly 2100 doing daily movement. Tdee calculates a little higher but that is including workouts. Im in post menapause and find that I have to…

Looking at my siblings we are all overweight. Is this genetic? No. We were thin growing up..how was that possible...because WE MOVED! We were active. We always had abundance of good food but my mom kicked outside to play and play we did from morning to night. As an adult I becsme lazy...I got a desk job...and the movement…

Hmmmm. 6 more pounds until Onderland...that is my first goal,.but by Christmas...I think 15 pounds would be a doable goal!

Always active. Didnt watch much tv (only had 10 channels to choose from) didnt have remotes. Walked many places. I dont think sugar has anything to do with it.

I like to spread it on waffles instead of syrup.

Count me in! I eat about 1950 but only have been doing tdee - 15% for one week now. I just started weight lifting 3x week and 2 cardios ( other days are optional). Would like to be friends with like minded eaters so feel free to send me a jingle. Previously I had been eating about 1200 and massive cardio.... I lost 6 lbs…

Hi, I just started BFL yesterday! I purchased the book snd journal years and years ago but the timing wasnt correct until now. I have wiped the dust off (achoo!) And will see if I can have before and after pictures like the former challengers. Those pictures are amazing as well as their stories are motivating. Feel free to…

Thanks for posting. Someone suggested I start weight training 3 days a week and only 2 cardio, I think I will do this. I am not giving up. Age 50 is fast approaching!

Thanks for your advice. I do have a digital scale and use it. I have opened up my diary. There are only a handful of days in the last 6 weeks I didnt log my meals. The exercise calculations on mfp is convoluted because I am running and not walking at that pace. I just choose what is closest. I wear a chest HR monitor and…

The progrsm is amazing...I am on week 6 and ran for 20 min.... I couldnt believe how far I could go in 6 weeks. My biggest advice...go SLOW. I found I could go farther after I slowed down my pace. This anout enduramce... you will do fine!

OMG.....I am a believer now. I used the above recipe but did not have the coconut oil and I added about 1/4 cup chopped green apple and cinnamon. Awesome.

The c25k is not to run a 5k in 30 min....it is only preparing you to run for 30 minutes straight. Your faster speed/pace will come with practice. 3 years ago my pace was 15 min miles but on race day your adrenaline pushes you to new limits and completed with a pace just under 13 min mile. So for starters, you are doing…

I have been on mfp the same length of time. Lost at first and nothing...even gained...frustrating. I just started looking at tdee and looking at If It Fits Your Macros. Trying to see if eating more is the trick! Oh, nice to see that you are on the C25k program. I will be starting W6D1 soon. Friend me if you could use…

Any of the c25k programs will work for a beginner. I was commenting today that 5 weeks ago I had difficulty running for 45 seconds straight. I am in my 5th week of the program and ran for 8 minutes straight.( total running minutes 18). These build endurance so that you can run for 30 minutes straight.

Awesome job. You look fabulous!
