Work out and time of day
I see a lo of people putting in major work outs early in the day, I just can't. I have no energy to work out at all in the AM. My workouts are always between 3-6 on my day off and after 7 on the days I work. I wonder if I'm the only one like that and if the time of the day you work out at is affecting the weight loss.

Yoga Booty Ballet
Anyone else doing YBB as a workout? It has the most ridiculous name but I actually love it. I'm not at a level where I can do something like Insanity or P90x so YBB is good cardio ( fun dance-y type) and enough abs/ core strengthening for me at the weight I am now.

Good Fats
I was wondering why the app shows a goal in saturated fat, which are bad fats, but put in the red all the "good" fats ( monounsaturated and polyunsaturated). Shouldn't it be the other way around?
