What weights are considered "Heavy"
I'm a little unsure what people mean when they say "lift heavy", I was working with 10lbs dumbbells today and they felt pretty heavy to me after the first couple of reps. Someone please educate me a little.

Breast feeding mom question
So I breastfeed my daughter (6 months), she also does two solids a day if this matters. I never add extra calories to account for BF but usually go over my recommended by about 200 a day a least. Never had a problem with milk supply so does this seem ok to do?

I am happy for friends of any age (obviously!) but I noticed a lot of people posting are either late teen-early twenties or 50+.
