Hello future friends!

Hello everybody, I've been on here a couple of weeks but just want to introduce myself and get some friends as I just think its a great positive community.

A bit about me, I'm 34 years old and have had two kids in the last two years. I've never really been very overweight but have defiantly been out of shape ! I feel that I'm pretty fit right now after working out since the birth of my first (including 9 months of my second pregnancy). However my daughter is now 6 months old and those last ten pounds were not moving thanks to my bad eating. I have been tracking my food on here for the past two weeks and already lost five lbs! I dont really mind if I dont lose the last 5 however I would like to gain some muscle and just tighten up around the midsection.

I'd love sugestions on work outs I should be doing, I'd like to start lifting but have NO idea what I should be doing. At the moment I mix it up with, Yoga, Trx, Body sculpt, Pilates, step and some running on the threadmill., about 5 days a week. I also walk alot pushing my double stroller.
