Ok so I've always been quite vascular but lately my arm veins are getting out of control to the point that people keep commenting on them. The more I've been lifting the worse it is getting and I know my husband finds it very unattractive. My question is basically is this something that is going to keep getting worse or will it level out? I am upping my calories to over 2000 a day in hopes of some more muscle gain. Anyone other ladies have this issue?

I happen to like when my veins are popping, the lower the bodyfat the more you will have. My husband could care less as long as I am healthy... Try not to worry to much about it..0

I just read something that said isometric excercises increase vascular diameter, so maybe if your holding weights in one postion you should stop. i think i read it in mens health. sorry that probably doesnt help0
