I had a single BOB jogger for my son, when I had my daughter two years later I bought a double. Pricey but so worth it. These strollers are literally my best friend! They are so smooth and because of the swivel front wheel they are really easy to get around anything. I have only had one puncture but just took it to a bike…

When I was eating extra to account for Breastfeeding I couldnt drop the last 10lbs of baby weight for seven months. I stopped counting Breastfeeding as Calories burned and dropped 10lbs in a month. Shes now 14 months and I'm still nursing her. Never had a supply issue. I'm not saying you shouldn't count them at all but…

My BOB jogging stroller is like my best friend! Also I am a member of the YMCA so they have a great child care which I love. I would suggest joining a gym with a daycare.

I would say lift heavier weights less often, 2-3 times a week max to give your muscles time to repair in between sessions. Do 3-4 sets of 8-10 reps with as heavy a weight as you can keeping proper form. You will soon see them toning up. Good luck!

Any work out is better than no work out :) Do what you can and just make sure to give it 100% while your there. As you get stronger you might find yourself more inclined to go before work or in the evening.

This is great to see and you look fab. I've been thinking about doing a bulk for a while now but dont really know where to start! How much above maintainance did you eat?

I totally get what your saying and I'm sure many people on here do. It a very private personal journey for some. Its totally up to you if you want to shout it from the rooftops or quietly do it yourself with no outside pressure from others, but support from others in the same boat. Sometimes the "well wishers" in our lives…

Great job Mama! And you are right, it takes time and everyone is different, some might bounce back in a couple of weeks and some it takes a couple of years but with hard work its totally possible :)

Nothing is impossible! This is me, I had a baby in March 2010 and another one in March 2012. First pic is from Sept (6 months PP) and second is from a few weeks ago (10 months PP). I had been working out the whole time but only got serious about eating properly and started lifting weights in Sept and I think the results…

Me! I've always had skinny arms and legs, no butt and a belly. Heavy lifting is totally changing my body and I've only been at it about four months. I highly recommended it to everybody, I've stepped off the threadmill and quit the crunches and I'm seeing changes I never thought possible :)
-
Go Ladies! You are all beautiful x Last march I had my second baby in two years. I lost 20lbs within the first few weeks but was hanging on to the last 10lbs six months later even though I was working out 3-5 days a week. I decided after a summer in tankinis to do something about it so I started eating clean (for the most…

My kids will be one and three in March. The first pic is me in September or October, the second I took yesterday. I've been eating right and working had in the weight room and am delighted with my progress so far! Everyone can do it, you just have to believe in yourself and work hard even when its not so easy :)
-
I never added extra calories for breastfeeding, I figured if my supply wasnt affected I was eating enough. I also have a baby and a two year old so I know how crazy it is!

Well done Ladies! I have two small kids (they will be three and one in March). I luckily didnt get stretch marks with either of them but defiantly had the mommy pouch! The first pic was taken in October when I finally decided to start eating right and lost the last ten lbs. The second photo is today. I have never had abs…

Only been lifting three months so very happy with the results so far. More hard work = even more progress :) All you ladies are my inspiration x

These are mine, been lifting heavy three months now and happy with the difference so far! Looking forward to seeing more improvement with more hard work :)

I have never heard anyone compare it to sour cream taste wise, thats weird to me! I like it but can understand why some people may find it a little bitter

I dont track my calories burned breastfeeding. Never had a supply issue so I just think of it like a little bonus burn but dont actually add it in. Also its hard to know how much to count, I've heard anywhere between 200-600 calories burned a day making milk and thats a big gap.

I joined the YMCA as they have free daycare with family membership. My kids are young (2 & 7 months) so if I dont go to the Y I take them out in the double stroller and run or walk. Love my BOB stroller and would be lost without it!

I voted! Your an inspirtation :)

You look great! I am currently a flat *kitten* but planing on changing that real soon! Stepped into the heavy weights room for the first time this week and while I am still nervous in there around all those men that know what they are doing I am determinded to carry on and get those muscles!
-
Planks are way more effective than crunches and there a lots of variations you can do.

And tell your husband you want to go for a bike ride, but you're afraid you'll end up in the Tour De France if you do so are avoiding it. [/quote] Hahaha I love this response!!!!
