I'll check back with this forum in about 3 months and give you the goods. I'm still climbing out of the flab stage...

    Nothing is impossible!
This is me, I had a baby in March 2010 and another one in March 2012.
First pic is from Sept (6 months PP) and second is from a few weeks ago (10 months PP). I had been working out the whole time but only got serious about eating properly and started lifting weights in Sept and I think the results are obvious.
    Go Moms!!

From what I've read and seen it just takes time. I was overweight to start with when I had my first so my pooch is pre-pregnancy, then lost 80 lbs and had baby number 2 in August. Here are my Insanity results, which I finished last week

    Great job Mama!
And you are right, it takes time and everyone is different, some might bounce back in a couple of weeks and some it takes a couple of years but with hard work its totally possible :)

Not impossible. My abs are starting to show. I don't have pictures on here of them because only the top half show right now.

I don't have a picture to post, but my abs and tummy look great and I've had 2 babies. I have always had six pack abs and a slender mid section. And my belly bounced back after having babies (no stretch marks either). I had to work at it. But, I never had flab on my abs. I did have a very small muscle separation the second time, so I worked very diligently at the exercises to heal that up, while also doing pilates (that is very good for postpartum). Another great thing I did was push my children in a double stroller up as many hills as I could for an hour a day. Now, I lift weights. I am also a dancer. Just wanted to chime in since you said it was not possible. I see you have some great success photos from other women here as well.

I have 3 kids. 2 natural birth and 1 c-sec. The pic with purple is back in Sept when I first got serious about working out and eating right. The one in black is 2 weeks ago. So a little less than 4 months of serious dedication. I still have a long way to go though. But it's a start.

I don't have any photos and don't really want my pictures out for all to see. Head shot is as far as I'll go (in college and then going to look for a job soon so don't want potential employers seeing me pose) but I've had 3 children and no gut. I always had a nice flat tummy even after babies. (one c section and 2 natural) Trying to tighten up all over right now and lose the last few pounds. My weight gain happened long after kids.
