Hello everybody,
how can I track the calories that I burn while exclusively breastfeeding in my diary?
I tried to find breastfeeding in the exercise drop-down but without success.
Thanks a lot!

I dont track my calories burned breastfeeding. Never had a supply issue so I just think of it like a little bonus burn but dont actually add it in. Also its hard to know how much to count, I've heard anywhere between 200-600 calories burned a day making milk and thats a big gap.0

You can search the food database for it, for exclusive breastfeeding you will want one of the 500 calorie options.0

I nursed all three of my girls and I did bounce back from baby weight gain easy if I drank water instead of iced tea or sugary drinks. I heard that you burn 700-800 calories a day just producing the milk needed for the baby. So I'd log it as a 500 calorie burn just to play it safe.0
