Am I working backwards??
I started the 30 day shred and I'm 8 days in. I just took pictures to see my progress and there is NO difference. I MAY have even gotten bigger. What am I doing wrong? :(

Hey there! I was offered free a 30 day trial for Jenny Craig and since I started the diet, I've been really inspired to finally lose my weight. I decided to do the 30 day shred as well and after the first 3 days, I look like this.

Is this a good goal weight?
So, unfortuately, this is me. I'm 5"6, a teen and I weigh 138 pounds. I'm planning on getting down to 125 because that's pretty much the minimum for my BMI but sometimes I feel like that won't be enough. I don't need to be stick thin, I just wanna look acceptable in a bathing suit. Do you think 125 will be enough?
