Motivate me?

I'm 5"6, a teen and I weigh 140lbs currently.

I'm about to do a cleanse (through a naturopathic doctor) and then I'm planning to continue onto a clean diet (maybe go on Herbal Magic because I lost 15 pounds on it last year.) While going to the gym twice a week for personal training and doing the 30 day shred.

Of course the shred is only 30 days, though.. What should I try after that?

What else would you recommend?

Any success stories?

I'm lacking motivation.

    As a teen you need not worry too much. I think you have a great body. But if you still want then work out work out and work out..... and the looks and glances will start coming. that will keep you motivated.
