30 Day Shred Questions

A few people have been suggesting the 30 day shred on this website and I'm thinking about giving it a try.

I'm a teen and I'm in high school.. is it safe for me to do all 30 days?

Also, I go to personal training twice a week and those workouts are 30 minutes as well.. should I stop my training for the month while I do the shred or should I just not do the shred on the days that I go to training?

    I did the 30 days straight and i also did 1/2 an hour on the treadmill on most days too. I ended up with amazing results! I would probably still do the personal training too if you enjoy it and not do the 30 day shred on those days. As long as you're still working out you will get results either way :)

    I think you are not supposed to do the shred every day for 30 days - you need rest days.
    I usually do the shred for 2 days, cardio on the 3rd day and rest on the 4th day.
    I am on day 7 of level 2 and my upper body looks much better!
