Weight Lifting and Organ Prolapse
Hi all, I was wondering if anyone else has problem like this??? My doctor said I should not lift anything heavy anymore due to prolapse. I have one of those Weider home gyms and can lift weight sitting and wonder if that would also be bad for me. Any thoughts?
