Entering recipes into MFP
I've entered a couple new recipes and made them public but now I'm having a hard time looking them up and my coworker has tried to find them but she can't either. Does anyone know why this might be or if there is another way for other people to find the recipes I enter?

Snacks that are filling but low in calories
I was just wondering if anyone has any good suggestions? Ever since I started the C25K I feel like I am hungry ALL the time but I want to stay within my calories. I love hummus but that adds up fast. I also like to eat carrots because they curb my cravings but I need some more variety. I'll take any help I can get. Thanks!!
