I have been on MFP for a while now and have had my ups and downs with exercise and food. I am a mother of 4 and work full time and fitting in time for exercise has been so hard and watching what I ate kind of was put on the back burner until recently. I started 30 day shred 5 days ago and I really like it! I did miss one day but am going to make up for it this week. I was just wondering if anyone has any suggestions or advice on eating healthy with little time and any exercise dvds or suggestions to work the abs. That's my main problem area and I don't think the 30 day shred is helping it as much as I would like. Oh and if anyone would like to add me as a friend I could use all the motivation I can get
