I have completely failed myself this month. I have not been exercising or eating like I should be. My weight this week did go down by .8 but I feel like I could've done a lot better!! last week weight 139.6 this week 138.8

Stick with it. I'm on level 2 and I need to take breaks also. You will start to notice that you're able to do more as time goes on.

I have had a horrible week!! The scale didn't move up or down but I really need to get back on track with my eating and exercise!

Weighed in at 140.6 this morning!! I've lost 4 pounds this month, not quite our goal but I will take it!!

Weight is the same as last week...141.6 Pretty happy with that since I havent' been eating very well this week and was on vacation last weekend! Going to kick butt for next week. I have 2 pounds to lose to reach the 5 pounds in April. I know I can do it!!

Sorry for not entering my weight yesterday. I'm on vacation and didn't have the computer handy. My last weigh in was on Thurs and it was 141.6!! That's down from 144 from last week :)

I just started this week. Today I'm going to do Week 1 day 2. My sister and her friend who never ran until 6 months ago just finished their first half marathon. I'm also in the same boat. I'm 5'3 and I've been trying to lose 30 pounds! I've been on MFP for a while now and I've been able to lose 10 of the 30 but feel like I'm not getting anywhere now. I'm doing the 30 day shred and just ordered another one of Jillians Michaels dvds.

I would love to start a garden but don't even know where to begin. I don't have alot of space but would like to plant the veggies we eat the most like green beans, peas, and lettuce.

I just started about 5 days ago and really like it! The first couple days were rough but it's starting to get a little better.
