Best breakfast to stop hunger till lunch?
Hey all, Currently I am having two slices of wholemeal bread with butter for breakfast but my hunger pangs kick in around 11am. The only access I have at work to a quick snack is a vending machine full of temptation so I would rather avoid that! What do you guys recommend to keep the hunger away till after 12pm?

I always seem to go slightly (10-25g) over my sugar intake. After looking into it I see its mostly coming from the fruit I eat....
