My arms have shrunk!?b
When I started this life change I couldn't buy shirts from my now favourite shop. After a few months I could wear 18 inch neck 36 sleeve. This weekend i'm a 16.5 neck 33 sleeve. My arms are 3 inches shorter :) Have you experienced similar unexpected changes?

Strange weight loss comments...
Today I visited my old office, first time since September. I was greeted by the receptionist with the question "didn't you used to be Dave Huby?" Quickly followed by "my goodness you've lost weight" Not sure which flattered most. What's the weirdest you have had?

"Fat pants" keep or ditch?
I was doing a major wardrobe clearance at the weekend, building a pile of clothes to give to the local hospice. What have you done?

Wore one to my nieces wedding on 17th November thus saving expense. Yesterday we decided that enough was enough and both (now very baggy) suits got donated to the hospice shop. Down from 42…

OMG those trousers fit!
A wardrobe victory. Two wearable pairs of trousers, both a full waist size down, and neither worn for about 6 years. Oh and more significantly....No breathing in to get them fastened. Love the feeling.
