First milestone this morning (I know it is not my officail weigh day) but the scales show i have lost 10% of my start weight
Very happy - long way to go but counting each milestone along the way.
Had to get a new belt, getting into trousers that have been in the wardrobe for a good few years, my suits now fit (and fasten)
And talk about energy. . . . . . . . Just great
Thanks for the app, the advice, the support - real motivation to carry on.
