Dressingham Duck Mini Fillets, Tesco finest range.
An onion, splash of lightest soy sauce, 10 sprays of sunflower oil. Flash fry until slightly pink. A load of salad veg and heaven on a plate.

    Good title. I also thought I'd never eat duck again. (After eating multiple courses of duck culminating in skewered duck hearts a few years ago)
