Airplane food tray NSV

For the first time in years I could use my own tray without balancing an overhang of fatty stomach over the edge of it!
So thrilled my other half actually took a picture.

Small thing but makes the difference between comfortable and uncomfortable flight.

Oh, and having to pull the Lap belt tighter instead of having it at full stretch.

Happy Easter Bunny ;)

Well done. I know how you feel. I hope to have the same result in June when I fly of on my hols. Just hope I don't binge too much while I'm there!

Certainly ate more than usual, drank more, walked a lot more. All secure in the knowledge that I started from a much better position than last year and knowing for certain that I will drop the excess pounds over the next few weeks.

    Holidays are to enjoy!

Too true. I'm not going to let my diet get in the way of a good time. I'll be disapperaring to the bars around 1pm while the wife soaks up the sun. I'll worry about any weight gain when I get back. If it came off once it'll come off again.
