Body confidence / what to wear?
Help... The sun is out, and so are everyone's bodies!! But I'm struggling... Just don't know what to wear? I don't feel comfortable unless I'm hiding under a baggy jumper. Friends who are a lot bigger than me don't seem to care about wobbly bits & skimpy clothing! Guess it's my confidence...... Any advice?

? Best time to exercise when doing I.F
Any advice please? I'm trying to keep my calories intake between 1pm & 6pm. I'm also doing the 30 shred program. Generally I will workout just before I start eating at 1pm - I think if I do it any earlier I'll want to eat earlier. BUT is this good for my body & is it the best plan for good weight loss Thanks MF pals
