(IF) early mornings / tiredness

My day is now starting at 5am & I'm waking up hungry!
I am not a morning person & it's ruining my I.F
Help?!?

Info:
I'm doing intermittent fasting (IF) Monday- Friday & weekends where possible. My general routine was:
Wake 7am
Survive on black coffee & water until 1pm ( never been a breakfaster so found it easy)
EAT until 7 pm
Bed at 11pm
( I need my 8 hours)

I'm now going to bed at 10pm as any earlier would be too early! But I'm struggling with that lost hour of sleep.
I'm so hungry / tired when I wake up, and once I start eating early I know I'll go over my calories.

Any advice please?
