My NSV per pics
So I never believed that one month would do anything "real" for me so in the beginning of November, I took pics and again today I did as well. So far I have lost 10.5" and 3lbs in that time period. What am I doing wrong?
I tend to stay under my 1300 calories and don't lose anything. I hate this 168-172 range. I began yoga again this morning. I walk my butt off all day at work also. 60-100 crunches every other day and nothing???
