Breast Reduction
I am considering getting one, and have been since I was 16. I want to lose 50 lbs (anymore I look underweight). I am wondering how much your *ahem* girls went down after weight loss? I'm hoping to lose about 6 cup sizes. I am 43 inches around and would like to be 36 inches around.

Your daily menu when you were fat (or b4 changing)
When I was at my highest weight and not watching what I ate, this would be an average day. Morning 1 small yogurt and coffee (120 calories) Mid-morning before class Second Cup White Chocolate latte (small - 330 calories) Lunch Nothing. Perhaps an earl grey tea with splenda and milk. (50 cals) Mid-afternoon Starbucks…

I'm going to try on designer dresses when I hit goal!
I just came across a huge motivator. I'm a poor student and will still be one when I hit goal. So I'm going to go to a department store like Saks and try on some nice clothes to take my after picture in! :D I know the haters will probably say it's gross. Oh well !

100 calories/hr until late afternoon; normal dinner?
My greatest struggle with dieting is feeling super ravenous. I'm sitting around studying all day for a big exam that takes 3 months to study for so I need to snack. The more I concentrate, the hungrier I get. I've opened my diary and have logged everything I put in my mouth for the past few days. Today is the first time…

If I eat more, I will binge.
I am doing really well on 1200 calories a day. I'm 5 ft 9 and 193 lbs. I know I'm not eating enough. But I feel great. When I eat 1500 I somehow lose control. When I eat 1200 this is my menu: Breakfast 2 servings All-Bran Cereal or 2 packets of Organic Oatmeal with egg whites Coffee with unsweetened vanilla almond milk…

Will I get results with this routine or am I taking it easy?
I am 5 ft 9 ,195 lbs and 26 years old. I walk briskly at 3.5 to 4.2 mph for 1 hour. Sometimes I do light jogging at 4.5 mph. I start tp break a sweat with this workout after about 30 minutes. I need a towel by 50 minute mark. I want to start running but I have very large chest (even Enell/Panache sports bras don't help me…

Reading on the treadmill?
I had a bad weekend (which is okay :D ) and I want to do some extra exercise today. The problem is I have a fair amount of reading to do. It is a large spiral notebook (so not a tiny novel or an e-reader). I plan on resting it on the monitor and walking briskly for 2 hours. I might look like a fool but does anyone else do…

Beating sugar addiction (or bad cravings)
I used to crave chocolate all the time. Or sweets in general. It was a major obstacle to weight loss for me. So one day, I quit. It was extremely difficult and I found myself thinking about sweets long after the physical cravings subsided (which took only 2-3 days). Then I started to reintroduce small quantities of high…

Has anyone's taste for sugar changed?

Biggest Loser
I just watched all of season 14 on youtube in three days (last few days of vacation!) I have to say that I am super inspired by the results the contestants get on that show. I want to do something similar. I realize this goes against the TDEE - 20% ethos on this board, but working out more and eating less makes me feel…

I'm starving unless I eat 1800+ calories per day.
It really sucks. I've cut down a lot on snacking since last month so I'm still losing weight but it's too slow. 0.3 lbs per week lost is good but I could do better. What do you eat to stay full? So far protein helps me a lot. Eggs + black beans and chicken breast works. Greek yogurt doesn't help me much considering the…

PSA: Subway's nutritional info is underestimated
I have heard from a guy who owns a couple of Subway's that the nutritional information for subway is based on the corporation's idea of serving sizes. The employees working there go WAY over it. For example, they are supposed to put only 3 pickles on a six inch sub when you request it. Employees routinely just grab a…
