Normally I don't worry about this too much when I fluctuate a bit. But 4 lbs in two days?!?! I mean I did eat a bit much on Saturday but Sunday I was fine, except I ate a bit later than usual. Could it be salt ...causing water retention??? Plus (shark week)

Okay so I set my calories for 1200 - I'm on a semi ketogenic regime. I do eat carbs but I keep it under 20g a day. My carbs I do eat are reserved for veggies and a little fruit.
