Should I reduce my calories more?((keto/LCHF))

I just have a general question. I've lost a LOT of weight - I started at 250lbs and now I'm at about 158lbs give or take.

I need to lose about 15-20 more lbs to reach my ultimate goal of 130lbs.

I have been doing LCHF (keto) for the past 1-2 years and its worked very well for me*. I've been on plateaus before. But I can't seem to break this one.

My kcal count - 1350

I will admit, I am not exercising right now. I know that might be part of the problem. But I wanted to know if I should reduce further. Perhaps to 1200kcal? Maybe I should eat more? I'm a little unclear as to the best course of action right now.

* Please do not lecture me about Keto as a "fad". I have ED and my doctor recommended this for me, and it has worked amazingly well. I am open to all suggestions otherwise.

I would try to eat more and increase your carbs. As you get more fit, your body requires more fuel. I've had it happen to me when I was on a plateau, when I bumped from 1800 to 2000 cal/day and from 30% to 40% carbs, my weight loss picked right back up. Give it a try. You may find that the added energy will help you push harder and give you more energy.

If your diary is accurate then then problem may be that you're starving yourself.

Congrats on your weight loss!! You have accomplished so much!

I'm not sure why you are struggling right now. I have read that even body builders do a cheat meal, and that can jolt your matabolism. Lookup "carb cycling." Maybe that'll help for you? :-)
