When to exercise
I wake up every morning about five o'clock. I don't feel like eating that early but I've heard that you should eat within a hour of getting up. That's just to early for me. And should you eat before you exercise? If so then I have to eat really early. Any suggestion?

Looking for meal replacement shake
I need a meal replacement shake without artificial sweeteners. My system is very sensitive to those kind of sweeteners. Any suggestion?

UggH midweek weigh in
I alway weigh on Wednesdayas a midway point. My official weigh=in is on Sundays. Anyway I am 2 pounds up:mad: I know I have been slipping a little, but I didn't think a slipped that much. Not the official weigh in, it's on Sunday,but down 2 more pounds, I'm so very proud of me. It feels good saying good things aboout myself. Do you have to eat all your calories to lose weight?
When I was on WW I had the hardest time trying to eat all my points. Do you really have to eat all the calories? I'm not getting any excercise my firbro is really kicking my butt. Please let me know so I can find something more to eat:wink:

Just getting started
Hi. I so excited to find a place where I can track my weight loss w/o having to pay. I'm 53 years old and 260 lbs. I have fibromyalgia and it is so hard to excerise. But I am.
