Not the official weigh in, it's on Sunday, but down 2 more pounds, I'm so very proud of me. It feels good saying good things aboout myself. I always put myself down so part of this process is to speak to myself and encourage myself like I do others. Going to treat the little girl in me with love and kindness:flowerforyou:

That's wonderful!!! As a woman in the throes of menopause at 51, I can't lose a pound of as late. What is your secret?

Caccaruso: I'm just tracking and drinking my water. I also have made my mind up to lose the weight. I know that sometimes I will fall off the wagon but as my signature says I'll get back on. I too am a fifty and some year old lady going through menopause. So I know where your coming from. Just keep plugging at it and eventually it will come off. Much success:flowerforyou:

    THANKS EVERYONE!

Your off to a wonderful start. I would be excited too. Slow and steady is the way to do and keep it off. Ive noticed a pattern with myself 3 weeks no loss then all of a sudden im down 1 or 2 pounds. I've also set small goals and rewarded myself each time. (A new exercise DVD, new shoes, I even did a new plant for my yard).

I love the slow and steady part!!! It is a lifestyle change. I especially love your rewards to yourself! I rewarded myself yesterday with the Leslie Sansone 5 mile FAT BURNING WALK! I just finished it!!!! Love it!!! Keep up the great work everyone!!! :flowerforyou:
