I need a meal replacement shake without artificial sweeteners. My system is very sensitive to those kind of sweeteners. Any suggestion?

I have tried a lot of them and hate all protein shakes except two. IsoPure has a great whey protein shake without a lot of crap in it, and the taste (vanilla) is good, smooth.

My favorite shake is Shakeology - chocolate. Deep chocolate taste...and it has more than just protein in it, it's the only shake I've found with vitamins and minerals, too. I get all my vitamin A and C and some iron and such from one shake, it's fantastic! Also, it is low in calories and fat. They say it's the equivalent of vegetables, too, not just protein. Their label is a mile long.

Shakeology. Hands down, no doubt. There is nothing else out there like it. I'll send you info.

    Thanks.
  • Garden of Life makes a meal replacement shake without artificial sweeteners. It's pretty good. You have to drink it fast though because as it sits it reallly thickens. Also, Jillian Michaels makes a whey protein powder without artificial sweeteners. I've only seen it at Walmart. It's not designed as a meal replacement like the Garden of Life. However, it is reasonably priced and is good as a snack. It's not as filling as the GOL but if you have it with a banana it will hold you over for a while.

Premier Nutrition High Protein Chocolate Shake

I get mine from Costco. 18 shakes for $20 something dollars. 160 calories, 25% of 25 vitamins and minerals, 30g protien, 5g Carbs and only 1g Sugar. Good stuff. And not nearly as expensive as some other options.

    I use Spirutein - http://www.spiru-tein.com/

It's tasty, filling and high in protein relative to carbs --> 14g protein for only 11g carbs/serving

Thanks eveybody going to look up some of these and try them out.
  • Side note: I previously bought the Garden of Life Perfect Meal and that is good. Recently I bought the RAW Meal........uh, not so good at all. It's hard to drink but is really, really good for you. Buyer beware!
