Not official weigh in today it's on Sunday, but I lost 2.8 pounds. I know alot of it is water,but I'll take it

Thanks. I really want to lose it slow. I did it before and I have never got back to that weight again. So my plan is to lose 3-5 lbs a month consistently. If I do that in a year I can have at least 30lbs off. But more importantly I should have good eating habits established,0

So true! I'm consistent at the minute losing 1 pound a week, which I feel comfortable with. The most important lessons I'm learning is eating healthier, portoin control, trying to listen to what my body is telling me and starting to enjoy excerise for which I am definately reaping the benefits.
