  • Hi , maybe we could encourage one another. I just found out that 1/10 of a point from being a diabetic. I'm 59 years old and I've got to do this. Besides not wanting to be a diabetic it cost to much.

  • Me too. I've been gone about three months and I started back and had only gained two pounds. If I were with WW I would have gained it all back and more. :laugh:
  • Maybe try watering it down a little bit at a time. Like if you drink 16 oz. put 2 oz of water in it and increase the water in it over time?
  • I'm getting back after about a month off. Let's do this! No matter how many times we start remember that we haven't given up! Give yourself a pat on the back for that.

  • I haven't had a bout of it for awhile now but I do know when it happens I would have to let it go it's coarse. I would have to lay down and take the meds and sleep, But everyone is different, Hope that it doesn't keep you down to long.
  • Well I did 2 miles of the watp 3 mile advanced walk. I'm always having to commit all over again. Well here I go again. RE-Commiting! I've got to stay on the wagon for a little while so I can see some results. Sure I always seem to get back on but I need to stay on. Okay here we go again!
