2nd time around

Hi Everyone.

This is my 2nd time on MFP.

I have 55lbs to lose and could use as much motivation as possible, so please add me as a friend and hopefully we can motivate each other.

I started Jillian Michael's 30 day Shred 2 days ago, and while I was fine yesterday, I am definitely feeling a bit stiffer today!

Let's see how well I can do on this programme!

    I'm getting back after about a month off. Let's do this! No matter how many times we start remember that we haven't given up! Give yourself a pat on the back for that.

    I started 30ds about 6 days ago. I will be on lvl one for a bit lol. I have some issues with the jumping jacks, jump rope and lastly the push ups. In that order as well! My knees hurt like hell the second I start those damn jumping jacks!!!!!!! But I will keep on keeping on! GL this time around! feel free to add me.

    My isses with the 30DS are the same, but in reverse order!
