Weights Class
Hey guys, I just have a quick question. I've been lifting light weights (5-10 pounds) for a while now and have gained quite a bit of muscle mass. I'm signed up to take a women's weight lifting class at my local gym next year. Should I expect a lot more weight gain? Should I be worried about bulking up too much?

Cysts
I had a quick question for you guys. I have Poly-cystic Ovarian Syndrome as well as Endo, and will get rather large chocolate cysts. Recently though, I've been getting them on my Fallopian tubes instead of my ovaries. Has this happened to any of you before? Is it common?

This isn't really weight loss related, but it is health related in that mental state has a big impact on your health. I have a friend who has just lost a sibling and is going through the grieving process. What can I say to him? I don't know how to help him.
