Ok people, time to list your favorite post binge strategies! What do you do to bounce back from a belly busting blowout?

Go back to my healthy routine the next day.0

Mentally renew all my motivations and then some.
Avoid eating a couple of hours before bed if possible.
Straight back to healthy and sensbible eating the next day and stay focused.
