Half way through 30 DAY SHREAD.. and not seeing results!?!
This is starting to irritate me. Im very conditioned with cardio so I started with level 2 and worked my way to level 3 after the 1st week. Im still not seeing any results!! HRM: Fat Burn vs. Fitness??
Hey all, I just got my HRM not to long ago and it is currently calculated to my resting/maxium HR etc. After my workout my Polar HRM tells me how many mins I was in "fat burn" zone vs, "fitness" zone.
